WARRANTY POLICY

30-DAY WARRANTY

Every MASSORO piece is covered by our 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.

During this period, your jewelry is covered against:

• Manufacturing defects

• Broken chains, clasps or links

• Structural damage occurring during normal wear

• Visible imperfections that affect the quality or functionality of the piece

If your item qualifies, we may offer a replacement, repair or store credit at our discretion.

Please note that lost or stolen items are not covered by our warranty.

LIFETIME WARRANTY

Selected MASSORO pieces are covered by our Lifetime Warranty against fading and tarnishing.

If a covered piece loses its original color or develops significant tarnishing, you may be eligible for a one-time replacement or store credit.

The Lifetime Warranty only applies to products where this coverage is specifically mentioned on the product page.

To request a warranty service, please contact us with your order details and a description of the issue. Photos of the affected item may be requested to assess your claim.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Our warranty does not cover:

• Lost or stolen jewelry

• Intentional or accidental damage

• Damage caused by misuse or improper care

• Damage caused by modifications or repairs made by third parties

• Normal signs of wear and tear

• Items purchased from unauthorized sellers

The warranty is only valid for genuine MASSORO products purchased directly through www.studiomassoro.com or an authorized MASSORO retailer.

MASSORO reserves the right to assess each warranty claim individually and determine the appropriate solution.
